Swargate Bus Stand Rape Accused Detained From Shirur : According to latest updates, police have arrested the accused of Swargate Bus Stand rape. The accused has allegedly raped a 26 year old woman inside a deserted bus.

Pune Police caught him after a long search at around midnight from Pune’s Shirur tehsil.
According to records, Gade is a history-sheeter, he raped the young woman early morning on Tuesday inside an ST bus. (Swargate Bus Stand Rape Accused Detained From Shirur)
The accused Gade is named in half a dozen cases of theft, robbery and chain-snatching in Pune and Ahilyanagar district. He has been out on bail since 2019 in one of the offences.
Notably, after the rape incident and involvement of media, politicians and social organisations, nearly 13 teams of police were deployed at various locations around the state to nab the accused.

Not only this, the police came in action mode and they deployed sniffer dogs and drones as part of a search operation within the tracts of sugarcane crop located in Shirur Tehsil in Pune district on Thursday.
