Mumbai: The first match of the 16th season of IPL will be played between Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super Kings. Both the teams will face each other at the Narendra Modi Stadium on Friday (March 31). Before this match, cricket fans are worried that the match might get rained on. In fact, a day before the match, it rained heavily in Ahmedabad in the evening on Thursday.
It rained in many cities of the country on Thursday. However, the good news for the fans is that it did not take long and soon stopped. The opening ceremony is also to be organized before the match.
The match between Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super Kings will start at 7:30 PM. Before that, a program for opening ceremony will be organized from 6:00 pm. Many Bollywood stars will perform in this.
