Santosh Deshmukh Murder Case : In a major breakthrough in the Santosh Deshmukh murder case, police have arrested the two primary suspects, Sudarshan Ghule and Sudhir Sangle.

A special investigation team from Beed Police was formed to arrest the absconding accused in a serious and sensitive case registered under sections 103(2), 140(1), 126, 118(1), 34(4), 324(4)(5), 189(2), and 190 of the Indian Penal Code at Kej Police Station (Beed District) in FIR No. 637/2024.
The case pertains to the murder of the deceased sarpanch, Santosh Deshmukh, resident of Massajog. After questioning Dr. Sambhaji Vaybhase and deploying confidential informants and technical expertise, the beed police team successfully apprehended the wanted accused, Sudarshan Chandrabhan Ghule (age 26, resident of Takli, Kej taluka) and Sudhir Gyanoba Sangle (age 23, resident of Takli, Kej taluka).
The accused have been handed over to Anil Gujar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Crime Investigation Department (CID), Beed, for further investigation.
The case, registered under serious charges including murder, has been a focal point in the region.
