According to the latest update on Saif’s health, he is now attempting to walk, following his doctor’s advice. However, what has truly shocked many is the cost of his medical treatment. Saif Ali Khan’s medical insurance details have gone viral on social media, revealing the staggering amount of his hospital bill. His cashless treatment was approved on January 16, 2025, and he is expected to remain in the hospital for another five days, with a potential discharge date of January 21, 2025.
The total cost of Saif Ali Khan’s treatment amounts to ₹35,98,700. Out of this, ₹25 lakh have been covered by his insurance. The incident occurred late at night, around 2:30 AM, when a thief attacked Saif at his residence. He was stabbed six times, with injuries to his neck and shoulders. He was then immediately admitted to Lilavati Hospital, where he underwent a five-hour surgery. During the procedure, a 2.5-inch knife fragment was removed from his back.
Doctors have stated that Saif’s health is now stable and improving. He is no longer experiencing pain and is able to walk around. Furthermore, he has been moved out of the ICU, signaling positive progress in his recovery.
