Pune residents will face a temporary water supply disruption on December 26 due to maintenance work. The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) announced that the disruption is necessary to carry out repairs and upgrades to the city’s water supply infrastructure.

12. Arun Vaidya Stadium Area
13. Ghorpade Peth
14. Laxminarayan Talkies Back Area
15. Parvati Darshan (some parts)
16. Mitra Mandal Colony (some parts)
17. Saras Bagh Area
18. Khadakmal Ali
19. Shivaji Road Area
20. Mukund Nagar
21. Part of Maharshi Nagar
22. TMV Colony

Water supply will be halted from 9 AM and is expected to resume by late evening on the same day. PMC officials stated that the work involves repairing pipelines and servicing pumping stations to ensure efficient operations.
Residents are advised to store adequate water in advance to meet their daily requirements. The PMC has also arranged for water tankers to serve emergency needs in severely affected areas.
Local officials have requested the public’s cooperation during this maintenance window. They emphasized that the upgrades aim to improve water supply efficiency and cater to the city’s growing demands.
