NCP Shirdi Convention 2025 : After the recent Maharashtra Legislative Assembly elections, the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) is holding its first session in Shirdi. There was considerable discussion regarding whether the disgruntled former minister Chhagan Bhujbal would attend the session. Yesterday, the party’s state president, Sunil Tatkare, confirmed that Bhujbal and minister Dhananjay Munde would be attending. As per the update, Chhagan Bhujbal has indeed arrived at the session in Shirdi.

During his interaction with the media, Bhujbal clarified that he had come at the request of MPs Sunil Tatkare and Praful Patel. He stated, “MP Praful Patel had come yesterday and requested me to attend, and Sunil Tatkare also asked me to be part of the session.” However, he mentioned that he would not be staying for the entire duration of the session, indicating that his presence would be brief.
Interestingly, Bhujbal refrained from mentioning Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar’s name during his conversation, fueling rumors that he remains upset with the party leadership. This marks the first time that both Ajit Pawar and Chhagan Bhujbal will share a stage at the NCP’s Shirdi event, sparking political speculation.
Moreover, there was some confusion regarding the attendance of another senior NCP leader, Dhananjay Munde. While Sunil Tatkare had earlier confirmed Munde’s presence at the session, it has now been reported that Munde will not be attending.
This two-day NCP session in Shirdi is being closely followed, as it could have significant political implications for the party’s future dynamics. (NCP Shirdi Convention 2025)
