PM Modi Pune Visit : High alert in Maharashtra, Blockade in Mumbai

Mumbai : Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive in Dehu, Pune on June 14 tomorrow. As a result, an alert has been issued in the entire state, including Mumbai, following the instructions of the Central Security Squad. Due to high alert given to Mumbai police, vehicles entering Mumbai are being inspected. The suspects and vehicles are being thoroughly investigated.

To avoid any kind untoward incident after the arrival of Prime Minister Modi in Maharashtra, special care and caution is being taken. High alert has been issued and blockades have been imposed in various parts of Mumbai. Vehicles including two wheelers, four wheelers, rickshaws, tempos are being inspected. The High Alert will be in Mumbai for two full days. Mumbai police are patrolling various places in the city.

The statue of Saint Tukaram Maharaj will be inaugurated by the Prime Minister in Dehu. For this, representatives of Dehu Sansthan had invited Modi in March. PM Modi had accepted the invitation and promised to visit on June 14, the Dehu Sansthan had informed. For the first time in history, the Prime Minister of the country will visit Shrikshetra Dehu.
