Ahmednagar: Farmers in the state have been troubled due to not getting the right price for their crops. Now NCP chief Sharad Pawar has given a statement on this. Pawar has blamed the Modi government for the fall in onion prices.
He said that the farmer is upset due to not getting the price and all this is happening due to the wrong policy of the government. Center should start exporting onions soon. What has never happened in this country till date is happening now. Farmers are being asked their caste.
Regarding support in Nagaland, he said that we have not supported the BJP in Nagaland. There we have come with the Chief Minister for unity. Sharad Pawar said that the central government’s plan is responsible for the fall in onion prices. Onion should get fair price. But, this is not happening. He said that he will raise this issue during the budget session in Parliament.
