Mahavikas Aghadi joint rally in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar gets approval with 15 conditions

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: Police has finally given permission for the joint rally of Mahavikas Aghadi to be held in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. However, 15 conditions have been kept for this. This joint rally is to be held on 2 April. A riot broke out in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar on the night of Ram Navami. The round of allegations and counter-allegations has begun. After which the discussion started whether the Aghadi meeting would be allowed or not.

The joint rally of Mahavikas Aghadi will start from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar from April 2. Prominent leaders of Mahavikas Aghadi, Uddhav Thackeray, Ajit Pawar, Nana Patole and Balasaheb Thorat will guide the meeting. The second rally will be held in Nagpur on 16th April, in Mumbai on 1st May, in Pune on 14th May, in Kolhapur on 28th May, in Nashik on 3rd June and then a joint rally in Amravati.

The police has given conditional permission to the joint rally of Mahavikas Aghadi to be held in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

What conditions have been put –
The rally will have to be held from 5 pm to 9.45 pm only. It is strictly prohibited to change place and time. Also it is directed to not use objectionable slogans or rude behavior. An appeal has been made not to keep weapons while coming to the rally.

It is not allowed to gather more people to the rally place. Organizers will be responsible in case of any kind of stampede or disturbance at the rally place. There should be no traffic jam due to the rally. The road should not be closed. The vehicles of the rally should travel only on the route indicated by the police.

It is also prohibited to proceed rally on motorcycle, car. It is necessary to follow the court instructions for the sound of the recorder. It has also been requested that the concerned contractor should submit the stage stability certificate to the police before stage construction.

The meeting of Mahavikas Aghadi is being held on April 2 at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Notably, MP Sanjay Raut has alleged state government that a riot was organized to prevent this rally from happening. He further said that the conspiracy behind the riots is not to allow the gathering to take place on the pretext of law and order. There had never been a riot on Ram Navami before. There was no riot in Maharashtra during our government. They (BJP) have governments in Gujarat and Maharashtra. There were no riots when Uddhav Thackeray was the Chief Minister. But, why is this happening in your (BJP) state?
