Maharashtra Weather Update | Warning of unseasonal rains in these districts

Mumbai : The state is experiencing extreme heat. On the other hand, there is a possibility of unseasonal rains in some parts of the state. The Pune Observatory has predicted that the Asani cyclone, which formed in the Bay of Bengal, will not have any effect on monsoon.

The cyclone is expected to bring torrential rains to the state in the next few days. Pre-monsoon rains are expected in the third or fourth week of this month.

Untimely rains in these districts
Rainfall is expected on May 13 in parts of western Maharashtra and northern Maharashtra. Rainfall is also forecast in Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Dhule, Nandurbar, Jalgaon, Nashik, Pune and Nagar districts till May 13.

Kolhapur, Satara, Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg districts are forecast to receive unseasonal rains for the next two days. This can cause huge losses to gardeners.

Heat waves in these districts
Akola, Amravati districts will experience intense heat wave for next 4 days. Therefore, the citizens of this district have been appealed to take care.
