Maharashtra Weather Update : Temperature likely to reach 35 degrees in Mumbai, Pune

Mumbai: Maharashtra witnessed extremely cold weather in January. Along with this, there was rain in some places in the state at the end of January. Meanwhile, the minimum temperature is more likely to be above average in southern parts of Konkan and Madhya Maharashtra during the month of February. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has clarified that the minimum temperature will be average in the rest of the state.

According to the information provided by the Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature and rainfall forecast for the month of February has been announced. Accordingly, the minimum temperature is likely to be below average in most parts of the country. The Meteorological Department has said that the minimum temperature is more likely to remain above average in the northern parts of the west coast of Konkan, South Madhya Maharashtra, South Gujarat.

According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature is more likely to be below average in South Konkan, Madhya Maharashtra and southern parts of Marathwada, western parts of Madhya Pradesh and southern states. In Vidarbha too, except Nanded, the minimum and maximum temperatures are unlikely to rise much in the rest of the districts, IMD has predicted.

According to Skymet, rain is likely in Uttarakhand today. Rains are also predicted in southern parts of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Some parts of Gilgit-Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh may experience light to moderate rain and snowfall during the next 24 hours.

Some parts of Punjab, Haryana and West Rajasthan are likely to see a slight increase in minimum temperature at night. The Meteorological Department has warned of avalanches in four districts of Uttarakhand namely Chamoli, Pithoragarh, Rudraprayag and Uttarkashi at an altitude of more than 3000 meters. After this, the administration is on alert.
