Pune: Pune Weather: Citizens of Pune are experiencing bitter cold in the morning and scorching heat in the afternoon. Due to the prevailing climatic contrasts in the city, difference in day and night temperature is constant.
On Thursday morning, the minimum temperature was 9.4 degrees Celsius while the maximum temperature crossed 34 degrees Celsius in the afternoon. The weather department has predicted that this fluctuation in temperature will continue for more days.
Due to the increase in the maximum temperature in the state including in Pune for the past few days, there’s intense heatwaves in the month of February itself. Maximum temperature continues to rise in most parts of the state. Maximum temperature is above 35 due to clear sky, clear sunshine.
