Mumbai : There are constant dramatic turns in the politics of Maharashtra. Devendra Fadnavis will soon take oath as Deputy CM of Maharashtra. Just before that, BJP President JP Nadda had also said in a tweet that Devendra Fadnavis should become Deputy CM.

JP Nadda said that the BJP high command has decided that Devendra Fadnavis should be a part of the government. We have appealed to Fadnavis to take oath as the Deputy CM of Maharashtra. It is necessary to know here that Devendra Fadnavis had only forwarded the name of Eknath Shinde by holding a press conference. He had said that Eknath Shinde will take oath as the new Chief Minister of Maharashtra. Then he had also said that he himself may not be a part of the government.

But now the BJP President himself has asked Fadnavis to join the government. There are speculations that Fadnavis will respect the appeal of the high command and will play an important role in the upcoming Shinde government in Maharashtra.

JP Nadda has also reacted to this politics of Maharashtra through various tweets. He has written that congratulations to Eknath Shinde ji and Devendra Fadnavis ji. Today it has been proved that the BJP never had the desire for the chief minister’s post. Narendra Modi ji and Devendra ji got a clear mandate in the 2019 elections. Uddhav Thackeray left us in the greed of CM’s post and formed the government with the opposition.

Nadda further wrote that the BJP decided to support Eknath Shinde ji, showing a big heart for the betterment of the people of Maharashtra.

He also emphasized that BJP has proved once again by taking this decision that it is not our aim to get any post, but it is our ultimate goal to serve the country and the people of Maharashtra under the leadership of Narendra Modi.
