13 roads of Nashik district will be repaired at a cost of 40 crores

Nashik: For the strengthening of roads in the rural areas of the district, under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, 40 crores were sanctioned earlier for the work of 13 roads in the Nashik Lok Sabha constituency. MP Hemant Godse told that the work will start soon. Tender has also been declared for it.

These include four road works in Nashik taluka, three in Sinnar taluka, three each in Igatpuri-Trimbakeshwar taluka. Out of Rs 40 crore sanctioned, Rs 11 crore 34 lakh has been sanctioned for Igatpuri taluka, Rs 9 crore 54 lakh for Trimbakeshwar taluka, Rs 9 crore 28 lakh for Nashik taluka and Rs 8 crore 67 lakh for Sinnar taluka.

Road work will be done in these areas –
Waghobachi Wadi-Padli Deshmukh-Garudeshwar-Mundegaon (3 crore 17 lakh), Nandgaon-Sanjegaon-Patilwadi (2 crore 88 lakh), Balaydori-Pardevi-Tringalwadi-Taloshi (4 crore 71 lakh), Vilholi-Bajrangwadi-Belgaum Dhaga in Nashik taluka (2 crore 1 lakh), Jalalpur-Mahadevpur-Girnare (1 crore 83 lakh), Jategaon-Chinchole-Palse-Shinde (2 crore 96 lakh), Jakhori-Jogaltembi-Sinnar (2 crore 2 lakh), Thanapada in Trimbakeshwar taluka Satyacha Pada (Rs. 2 crore 22 lakh), Borpada to Raite Road (Rs. 3 crore), Metghar Fort-Vinayak Khind-Sapgaon-Dugarwadi (Rs. 3 crore 31 lakh), Shastrinagar-Vadgaon-Dubere-Malivasti to Krishna Nagar (Rs. 2 crore 93 lakh), Brahmanwade-Vadjire to MDR 28 (2 crore 39 lakh), Gonde Phata-Musalgaon-Badagaon Pimpri (2 crore 94 lakh) roads are included.
