Maharashtra Election Result : BJP, Shinde or Ajit Pawar’s NCP, Who’s Leading in Mahayuti?
Mumbai : In the initial trends of Maharashtra Assembly elections, BJP is moving towards a one-sided victory, although the final results are awaited, but if the trends turn into results, then the BJP alliance i.e. Mahayuti government is sure to be formed in Maharashtra.
The majority figure in the 288-seat Maharashtra Assembly is 145 seats, while the Mahayuti alliance has currently taken a lead on 218 seats. At the same time, the alliance of Congress, Uddhav Thackeray’s Shiv Sena and Sharad Pawar’s NCP has suffered a major setback. Mahavikas Aghadi is getting a lead on only 50 seats.
According to the data of Election Commission, till 11 am, BJP is getting lead on 128 seats. Whereas Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde) is getting lead on 55 seats and Ajit Pawar’s NCP is getting lead on 35 seats.
In the Maharashtra assembly elections, BJP has fielded candidates on the maximum number of seats in the Mahayuti alliance. BJP has contested on 148 seats, while Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) has got 83 seats, while NCP (Ajit Pawar) has fielded candidates on 52 seats.
