Pankaja Munde, Nitesh Rane, Ashish Shelar and… the List of Leaders Joining Fadnavis Ministry

Mumbai : Maharashtra Cabinet Expansion: Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis is set to expand his cabinet today. Before the Maharashtra Cabinet Expansion, phone calls are being made to the legislators who will be inducted into the ministry. So far, BJP leaders like Nitesh Rane, Pankaja Munde, and Girish Mahajan have received calls. Calls are also being made to legislators from Shiv Sena and NCP. Those who have received calls are now confirmed to be part of the Fadnavis cabinet.

The Fadnavis cabinet swearing-in is scheduled for 4 PM today. The stage has been prepared in Nagpur, and other preparations are underway. There is a possibility of 35 MLAs becoming ministers from the Mahayuti alliance, which includes BJP, Shiv Sena, and NCP.

From the BJP quota, 20 MLAs will become ministers, with the party possibly keeping some seats vacant. Shiv Sena will get 13 ministerial seats, and NCP will get 10. Additionally, BCCI treasurer Ashish Shelar will also be inducted into the cabinet.

However, Home Minister Amit Shah clarified in an agenda that there was no reason for dissatisfaction, as the CM post had already been discussed.
