To prepare it, boil a glass of water by adding one spoon of fenugreek seeds. When the water remains half, filter it and drink it. You can also add lemon juice to it to improve taste. Consuming it daily can get rid of constipation and indigestion.

Lemon Grass Tea
Lemon grass tea can also help in making the digestion system strong. It also acts as a medicine to reduce constipation, indigestion and bloating.
