New Delhi: Since last few months, there have been many complaints regarding various airline companies. There have also been incidents of mistreatment of passengers. Now the same complaint has been made by the ambassador of the United Nations.
United Nations Ambassador Gurpreet was coming to New Delhi from America in an Air India flight, but he suffered a lot during the flight. The seat of the plane was also broken. He also tweeted that the plane had cockroaches.
Gurpreet had shared some pictures on his Twitter handle on March 12 and told what kind of trouble he was going through. Gurpreet had tweeted, “I have travelled all over the world as a UN Ambassador. But Air India 102 JFK (John F Kennedy Airport, New York) to Delhi is my worst flight ever. Broken chair, no entertainment/call button/reading lights. But there were plenty of cockroaches and smell of poisonous sprays.” He said that customer service was completely neglected.
On Monday, March 20, Gurpreet once again tweeted on his Twitter handle and tagged Ratan Tata. He also questioned whether there is any explanation as to how the cockroaches got on the Air India flights coming from New York and how the boarding was carried out in non-operational standard without safety equipment.
