New Delhi: Gangster Deepak Boxer, associated with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, has been arrested by the Delhi Police. The team of Special Cell has caught Deepak from Mexico with the help of FBI. It is being told that Delhi Police has caught a gangster for the first time outside the country. According to the police, it was Lawrence Bishnoi who helped Deepak Boxer to escape from India. Deepak can be brought to India in one or two days. Deepak Boxer was wanted in the murder of a builder in Civil Lines area.
According to the information, Delhi-NCR’s top gangster Deepak Boxer was taking command of the Gogi gang after the murder of Jitendra Gogi in Rohini Court. Deepak Boxer had made a fake passport in the name of Ravi Antil from Moradabad. Police said that Deepak had fled to Mexico on January 29, 2023, by taking a flight from Kolkata.
Deepak came into the limelight in 2016 after releasing Gogi from Delhi Police custody in Bahadurgarh. In 2018, action was taken against his gang under MCOCA, since then Deepak is absconding. During this he continued to commit crimes. Meanwhile, the police was on the lookout for two murders, a murderous attack on policemen and in March 2021, when Kuldeep alias Fajja escaped from GTB Hospital from police custody. Police told that Deepak is a resident of Gannaur in Haryana and there is a reward of 3 lakh on him.
