Exit Poll : Mahayuti Returning in Maharashtra, Predicts Most Pollsters
Mumbai : The polling has ended for the 288-member Maharashtra Assembly election. Counting of votes for the same is scheduled to take place on November 23. It is a direct contest between the ruling BJP-led Mahayuti alliance and the Opposition Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA).
Several pollsters have predicted returning of the Mahayuti alliance, comprising the Chief Minister Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena, the Ajit Pawar faction of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the Maharashtra Assembly elections 2024.
According to the Electoral Edge poll, Mahayuti will get 121 seats. It predicted that Mahavikas Aghadi will get 150 seats. Along with this, others will get 20 seats.
According to poll diary, Mahayuti will get 122 to 176 seats, Mahavikas Aghadi 69 to 121 seats. Others are expected to get 12 to 19 seats.
Exit poll conducted by Chanakya says that Mahayuti will get 152 to 160 seats. It predicted that Mahavikas Aghadi will get 130 to 138 seats and 6 to 8 seats will go to others.
According to the poll of polls, 140 seats will be won by Mahayuti, 130 seats by Mahavikas Aghadi and 18 seats by others.

The BJP is contesting 149 seats, Shiv Sena 81 seats, and the Ajit Pawar-led NCP has fielded candidates in 59 constituencies. In the opposition alliance, the Congress has fielded 101 candidates, Shiv Sena (UBT) 95, and the NCP (SP) 86. The ruling BJP-led Mahayuti alliance includes the BJP, Shiv Sena, and the NCP (Ajit Pawar faction), while the opposition MVA comprises the Congress, Shiv Sena (UBT), and the NCP (Sharad Pawar faction).
