Mumbai : Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has been trolled a lot for his nude photoshoot. A case has been registered against the actor after a complaint was given to Chembur police in Mumbai. Accusing Ranveer Singh, the complainant has alleged that his photoshoot has hurt the sentiments of women, their dignity has been insulted. After this, the police has now taken the first action on this matter.
Let us tell you, Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh had done a nude photo shoot a few days ago. Many pictures of this photoshoot became viral on social media. Ranveer Singh did this photoshoot for a magazine. After this Ranveer Singh said that he is very comfortable for this type of photoshoot. And he can also come in front of everyone without clothes.
According to media reports, a case has been registered against Ranveer under section 509, 292, 294 of IPC, section 67A of IT Act. The lawyer who filed the FIR on behalf of the NGO has demanded the arrest of Ranveer Singh.
On Monday, a complaint was registered against Ranveer Singh in the Chembur police station. The complainant’s lawyer told that in this case there is a provision of five years imprisonment under section 292 of IPC and 3 years under section 293 against the accused. At the same time, there can be a jail term of five years under the IT Act 67A.
On the other hand, after the FIR was registered against Ranveer, his fans on social media are supporting the actor. Film director Ram Gopal Varma also supported Ranveer that when women can do such photoshoots then why can’t men?
