Mumbai : Bollywood actor Salman Khan recently met the Commissioner of Police of Mumbai. According to reports, Salman Khan has applied for the arms license. At the same time, now Sangharsh Sanstha organisation has written a letter to the Mumbai Police in this matter. In the letter, the organisation has demanded not to give arms license to Salman Khan.

It has been said in the letter that Salman has a criminal record in the past. From the hit and run case to the incident of misbehavior with the journalist has been mentioned. A few days ago it was reported that after receiving the threatening letter, Salman has applied for an arms license to the Mumbai Police. Bollywood actor Salman Khan met Mumbai Police Commissioner Vivek Phansalkar on Friday at his office in South Mumbai. According to police sources, the actor has applied for the license of the weapon. However, Salman Khan said that the police commissioner is his old friend and he had gone to congratulate him. The meeting comes at a time when Salman Khan received a threatening letter last month.

Actor Salman Khan reached the Mumbai Police Headquarters around 4 pm on Friday and met Phansalkar, an official said. He told that it was just a meeting. Also, Salman Khan met Joint Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) Vishwas Nangre Patil.
