Deceased pregnant woman was bleeding and so, her relatives requested the on-duty staff to treat the pregnant woman. But the staff ignored the situation and doctor rudely said, “We all are leaving, you treat your patient yourself’,” the deceased woman’s mother stated.
Meanwhile, the deceased pregnant woman got excessive bleeding. Only after that, the doctor sent the pregnant woman for a blood test and then asked for a blood bag. Relatives are claiming that the hospital delayed the treatment which caused the death of the pregnant woman. The relatives also demanded that the entire matter be investigated and action be taken against the culprits.

“My wife was pregnant and she was admitted to the Beed District Hospital. Before the delivery, some female staff members at the hospital said, ‘We handle deliveries properly, but you need to give something (bribe) in return. We even gave them ₹2,000. However, the delivery took place at around 11:30 PM, and shortly after that, my wife passed away,” said Ganesh Panchal, the deceased woman’s husband, making a serious allegation of hospital delaying treatment. He further stated that the hospital administration is responsible for his wife’s death.
The deceased woman had a normal delivery. After that the bleeding started. Relatives are alleging that the doctor and nurse on duty did not provide timely treatment and intentionally delayed in asking the relatives to arrange blood bag. Even after seeing deceased woman in serious condition, why did they asked the family to arrange the blood bag from outside? How did so much bleeding occur during a normal delivery? Many questions have been raised by the relatives of the deceased patient.
