The report has been submitted in court which is proving to be one of the most important evidence in this case. According to which, these four weapons includes gas pipe, pipe whip, wooden bamboo stick and iron pipe. The report has confirmed that these weapons can kill someone. Accused have used the same weapons to beat up other people before. These inquiry report will be important in getting justice for Santosh Deshmukh.
So far eight arrested in this case
Eight people including Walmik Karad, the mastermind of Santosh Deshmukh Murder Case has been arrested in this case. They have been charged under MCOCA. The CID filed a chargesheet of over 1,200 pages in the Beed court last month in Santosh Deshmukh Murder Case and two related cases.
Walmik Karad files petition
Prime accused in Santosh Deshmukh Murder Case, Walmik Karad has filed a petition in Beed court seeking his acquittal. Walmik Karad’s advocate has mentioned in the petition that he should be released as there’s no evidence against him. While hearing the petition, the court has sought a reply from the State Crime Investigation Department, which is investigating the case.
