Maharashtra Metro Boom: Maharashtra’s metro expansion is a driving force behind India’s national infrastructure development. The state, including key cities like Pune, Mumbai, and Nagpur, boasts over 210 kilometers of operational metro lines, contributing significantly to the country’s surpassing 1,000 kilometers of metro network.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s leadership has been instrumental in this national achievement. In just a decade, India’s metro network has grown exponentially across 23 cities in 11 states.

Murlidhar Mohol, in a recent post on his social media handle, highlighted Maharashtra’s remarkable progress and its role in propelling the national metro expansion. He acknowledged Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis’s leadership and expressed confidence in the state’s metro network’s continued growth in the coming years.
