According to the Maharashtra State Transport Corporation, the good revenue in November can be attributed to factors such as the model code of conduct during the assembly elections, bank holidays, a 50% discount on fares for women, free travel for senior citizens above 75 years, and a waiver on fare hikes. The MSRTC has six divisions in the state, namely Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune, Nashik, and Amravati. Among these six divisions, the Pune division operated the highest number of bus schedules in November. (MSRTC REVENUE)
